About the Facilitator: Demetriouse has earned a seat in the C-Suite as a trusted advisor to senior-level executives and board of directors on issues related to leadership development, diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging, and executive coaching. Using Venn Diagram Partners as his vehicle, he specializes in taking leaders and organizations on a DEIB journey of becoming more equitable and inclusive by helping them to understand the connection between organizational goals, shared values, and high-performance in the workplace and marketplace. His mission is to help individuals gain confidence in their professional lives while feeling like they belong and can belong authentically. He has helped scores of leaders become self-aware on their path to embracing and modeling how to lead across differences while achieving results.
About the Workshop: The 4 Stages of Psychological Safety is a 90-minute workshop designed to help one learn how to build psychological safety in your organization by creating an environment where employees feel included, fully engaged, and encouraged to contribute their best efforts and ideas.
Learning Outcomes:
- Define psychological safety as a concept
- Explain the 4 stages framework
- Align the team with a common language, understanding, and conceptual framework.
- Prepare the team to take the 4 Stages Team Survey and interpret the results
- Motivate the team to create and implement a 90-day action plan to increase psychological safety
