Expanding Access: Best Practices for Pharmacist Prescribed Birth Control in Community Health Centers

Description: This session will center on pharmacist prescribed contraception in MA. Session will include a review of state legislation, a brief presentation from a national expert, Birth Control Pharmacist, and a presentation from Holyoke Health Center.  Session will cover best practices, training resources, workflow roll out, and a review of a health center pilot. There will be opportunity for questions, answers, and discussion. 

Target Audience:  Pharmacy directors, CHC clinical pharmacists, reproductive health leads, medical leaders (CMOS), quality improvement directors.
