Registration is open for the League’s upcoming webinar “MLCHC Civil Unrest Resources & Updates” on April 8th from 2 – 3:30 PM.

During this webinar, attendees will:

  • Gain general emergency management programming/CMS requirements  
    Increase awareness of key elements of civil unrest that help inform of their EM programming and leadership decision-making.
  • Understand how to use a discussion-based exercises and scenarios to test their ability to use their EM programming and provide training and education to staff to respond to incidents of civil unrest at their facility.
    • Guest Speaker: Jeff Jones, Emergency Preparedness Specialist, Michigan Primary Care Association will be sharing his experience facilitating civil unrest tabletop exercises and key lessons learned from Michigan’s community health centers.
