We’re excited to welcome Christina Quinlan, NETRC Strategist and Chief Operating Officer of Islands Community Medical Services (ICMS), an FQHC in Maine. Christina brings extensive experience in health center operations, telehealth, reimbursement, and implementation. She has worked in the health center setting for more than 25 years and has been actively involved in telehealth and reimbursement initiatives through NETRC.

Christina will lead the presentation and share practical insights from her experience working within an FQHC, with a focus on helping Massachusetts health centers better understand RPM billing and reimbursement.
