Join us on December 15th, 2025 at 12pm to learn more about the CRCS Learning Collaborative. The CRCS Learning Collaborative is an opportunity for 5 health centers in Massachusetts to receive coaching and one-on-one technical assistance to increase their colorectal cancer screening rates.
Participating health centers will be asked to form a colorectal cancer screening team that includes at least a provider champion, a project lead, and an MA/RN representative. Centers will need to allocate time for learning sessions, internal team meetings, quarterly reports, and evaluation activities. Participants will engage in quality improvement work using plan–do–study–act cycles to implement changes that improve screening performance.

- The structure of the learning collaborative, including eligibility requirements and available grant funding
- An overview of the technical assistance provided
- Recommended team composition
- Evidence-based interventions
- Outcomes from Cohort 6 health centers
- Key evaluation components
