Please join us on Tuesday, March 11th, 2025, at 12pm for the Depression Screening Best Practice: Lessons from Sanford Health and Charles River Webinar 03.11.25 | 11.1. We will be joined by Alyssa Carlson, Director of Quality, Safety, and Patient Experience and Hadeel Tanash Alodeh, Improvement Advisor at Sanford Health of Northern Minnesota and Joe Davenport, Population Health Coordinator, at Charles River Community Health. They will share change ideas Sanford and Charles River have implemented to increase their Depression.
The learning objectives for the presentation include:
- Review the strategies and workflows implemented at Sanford Health of Northern Minnesota and Charles River Community Health to improve depression screening rates
- Discuss challenges the health centers experienced when they implemented changes to the workflow and what steps they took to overcome them
- Learn about the health center’s plan to sustain the high depression screening and follow-up measure rate in the future
