The Massachusetts League of Community Health Centers will hold its annual Community Health Institute (CHI) from April 29th to May 1st, 2025, at the Sea Crest Beach Resort in North Falmouth, MA.  

This year’s theme— All Hands on Deck: Collaborating for a Healthier Future, highlights our commitment to uniting efforts for a healthier future. The conference will include updates on health policy issues from state and national officials, and Mass League staff. In addition, there will be a half day pre-conference session for health center board members.

In addition to this year’s full conference, we’re excited to host a pre-conference half day session for CHC CEOs and board members titled Case Studies and Strategies for Effective Health Center Governance on Monday, April 28th from 1 - 6pm. Lunch will be provided at 12 - 1pm. This session can be added to your registration when selecting “full conference” or when selecting individual days.

• Room block from Monday, April 28, 2025- Thursday, May 1, 2025

• Reserve your room HERE. Check-in time is after 4:00pm and check-out time is 11:00am 
• A discounted resort fee of $10 per room per night fee will be added to each stay. This resort fee includes Wi-Fi, parking for one car, bottled water upon arrival and use of hotel’s amenities (fitness center, pools, beach, etc.). 
• Parking: One car per room is included in the as part of the resort fee. Parking for additional vehicles is $45 per night.
