This webinar will provide an overview of the updated reporting requirements for NCQA PCMH 2026 renewals and standard revisions, including timelines, revised criteria, and process for submission.  

  

During the webinar, participants will: 

  • Learn about the 2026 Annual Reporting Requirements 
  • Review the Initial and Annual Distinction of Behavioral Health Integration Reporting Requirements
  • Become familiar with the League tools available to assist health centers with the NCQA PCMH annual reporting process
