Please join us for an interactive session with our partners at Upstream USA to:
- Hear a brief update and ask questions related to the upcoming UDS Family Planning Screening requirement (a great practice even if you don’t need to report UDS!)
- Review the basics of the Upstream model and learn about what a potential partnership may look like
- Hear from a health center colleague about their process for implementing a reproductive need screening question and how Upstream supported that process
- Ask questions, learn from colleagues, connect!
