Please join us on Thursday, June 12^th, 2025, at 12pm for the Optimizing Depression Screening: Workflow Best Practices and Solutions from the Field webinar. We will be joined by Bernie Delgado and Kasey Harding from Community Health Center, Inc. (CHC, Inc) and Megan Thornton from Generations Community Health and will share their depression screening workflows.  

Content: During this webinar, we will review the Depression Screening Workflows at Generations Health and CHC Inc, learn about the documentation and Follow-Up procedures, and review current challenges in the screening process identified at the health centers, and learn about the strategies implemented to overcome these challenges.  

Target Audience: This webinar is suitable for those responsible for monitoring and improving depression screening at their health center.
