Please join us on Wednesday, February 12th, 2025, at 12pm for the Colorectal Cancer Learning Collaborative CRCS Best Practices: Lessons from New York webinar.

Content: During this webinar, participants will review interventions used by the NYC Health and Hospital Elmhurst team to improve Colorectal Cancer Screening Rates, understand the importance of patient education to improve Colorectal Screening Rates, and learn about sustainability strategies that the NYC Health and Hospital Elmhurst team plans to use to continue to improve Colorectal Screening Rates.

Presenters: Dr. Marlon E. Brewer, MD, Associate Director at the Department of Ambulatory Care at Mount Sinai Services-Elmhurst Hospital, Michele Lam, Administrator for Ambulatory Care at NYC Health and Hospitals Elmhurst, and Mateo Espinosa, Assistant Director and Research Coordinator at NYC Health and Hospitals Elmhurst will share the strategies and initiatives they have implemented to improve CRC screening rates. 

Target Audience: This webinar is suitable for health center staff working on improving cancer screening at their health center.
