The Mass League of Community Health Centers and the Mass HIway will be hosting an ENS (Event Notification Services) Workgroup for Athena, eCW, and NextGen users.
This 3-session workgroup focuses on sharing best practices for managing Admission, Discharge, and Transfer (ADT) Alerts with EHR specific insights. Each workgroup session is designed to cover a topic that will help your health center address common ADT Alert utilization barriers, such as reducing alert duplicity, and streamlining your ADT Alert follow-up workflow to improve patient care and quality measure performance. An IT and Quality/Care Management Representative should be available to attend each hour-long session.
