💡Webinar Description:

With school back in session, health centers have an important opportunity to proactively identify and close care gaps related to immunizations, screenings, and well-child visits. This webinar will highlight how DRVS tools and pediatric measure reports can support data-driven workflows, improve measure performance, and strengthen preventive care for pediatric patients. Participants will explore practical strategies for using registries, care effectiveness reports, pre-visit planning tools, alerts, dashboards, and scorecards to support outreach, monitor gaps, and promote reliable follow-up.

🎯Learning Objectives:

• Identify key pediatric care gaps related to immunizations, screenings, and well-child measures using DRVS reports and registries.
• Describe best practices for using DRVS tools, including care effectiveness reports, pre-visit planning, alerts, dashboards, and scorecards, to support proactive pediatric care.
• Apply data hygiene strategies, including location filtering and review of unmapped values, to improve accuracy and usability of pediatric measure data.
• Recognize practical tips and workflows that can improve pediatric measure performance and support care teams during routine operations or EHR downtime.

🎤Speaker Bio: 

Danielle Harvey, Sr. Clinical Improvement Specialist, Azara Healthcare

Danielle is a Sr. Clinical Improvement Specialist at Azara Healthcare. Danielle earned her BA in International Relations at Wellesley College and is also a nationally certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT), through the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB). First beginning her career as a Pharmacy Technician in 2002, she has worked in a variety of settings including retail, hospital, and specialty clinics. She utilized her background in pharmacy to pursue her career in sales support and training of pharmacy automation products as well as SAAS-based healthcare solutions. Danielle’s professional background includes educating others on topics such as healthcare worker safety and EHR/revenue cycle workflows. Danielle has a passion for teaching others and enjoys connecting healthcare teams with innovative solutions. Joining the Azara Team in 2024, she looks forward to connecting healthcare staff at FQHC’s with tools that allow them to provide comprehensive patient care.
